The Lira alpha subscription is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@lira-ai.com within the 14-day window. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

After the 14-day refund window, all charges are final. The Lira alpha subscription is billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
