Google Calendar data
When you choose to connect Google Calendar, Lira requests access only for Google Calendar features you ask Lira to use: listing calendars you subscribe to, checking availability, reading Calendar settings, reading public-calendar events, managing secondary calendars Lira creates, and reading, creating, updating, or deleting events on calendars you own.
Lira uses your Google account identity, such as your Google account ID and email address, to show and manage the connected account. Lira may process calendar names, calendar IDs, calendar settings, availability windows, event titles, times, locations, descriptions, attendees, statuses, recurrence information, and related event metadata when needed to complete your request.
Lira stores OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens encrypted at rest. Calendar event details may appear in your Lira conversation history when you ask Lira to work with them, so you can see what Lira did and continue the conversation.
Lira uses Google Calendar data only to provide the user-facing Calendar actions you request. Lira does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or use it to train or improve generalized AI models.
Google Calendar data may be sent to AI model providers only to fulfill your request in Lira, such as summarizing an event or drafting a calendar update. It is not used to train generalized AI models.
Human access to Google Calendar data is limited to support, security, legal, or abuse-prevention needs, and only to the extent necessary. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Lira, which revokes provider access where available and removes the stored tokens from active use. You can also contact support@lira-ai.com to request deletion of account data associated with Google Calendar.
Lira's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail data
When you choose to connect Gmail, Lira requests access only for Gmail features you ask Lira to use: searching messages, reading selected messages, listing labels, marking messages read or unread, archiving messages, applying or removing labels, moving messages to trash, restoring messages from trash, creating drafts, updating drafts, and sending drafts after your approval.
Lira may process Gmail message IDs, thread IDs, labels, headers, snippets, message bodies, draft contents, recipients, subjects, read/unread state, trash/archive state, and related metadata when needed to complete your request.
Lira stores OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens encrypted at rest. Gmail details may appear in your Lira conversation history when you ask Lira to work with them, so you can see what Lira did and continue the conversation.
